Wonderful night with Luke our missionary and visionary friend

Wow. This is crazy, but after a very incredibly short journey, we are heading out to Malawi, Africa.  Time has gone at such an incredible speed.  After 3 short months of paperwork, our homestudy and approval is stamped and completed.  Not even 8 months ago Nicholas asked us to pray about 1 of the children he saw in a orphanage in Malawi. Wow, what God has done since that day we prayed.  Michael and I will be heading out together to Lilongwe, Africa.  Not sure what God has in store for us, but we are totally trusting in His divine plan.  As well, in the meantime I have stepped up on board of The Agape Orphanage Foundation as president and am going to assess the needs of our family in Africa.  Praying hugely for the spiritual gifts of revelation and discernment. This is not of us, but totally of God, and we look forward to sharing the wonderful GOD filled stories He has already helped us through, as well as the ones He will continue to show us.
Really feel like I am a piece of clay (very lumpy piece of clay) and He is the potter.  I don't feel like a finished jar and hope He makes my life a beautiful shining piece that would reflect who He is. He is splendour and He is beautiful.
Some amazing scritpural text that God has given to us through friends, has prepared us for our journey and we hold dear to our hearts. We know that if our God is for us, nothing can harm or stand in our way, without the will of our Heavenly Father.
Today I literally felt like I was jumping off a bridge, after ordering the tickets.  Have been incredibly busy with organizing the board and the paperwork, but blessed beyond belief in getting an incredible Godly christian team.  These 7 amazing women have stepped forward to answer the call that God has put on hearts through answered prayer.  Totally shows me that this is God's orphanage and His children.  Our new website is http://www.agapeorphans.com/ One thing God kept speaking to my heart was to list Him as the head of our foundation and Jesus Christ as our cornerstone.
We had an amazing evening with missionary friends from Malawi. I love how God connects.  Luke and his wonderful daughter Jerissse and Joe (and their 2 children) shared incredible stories of events that have happened in Malawi over the years.  I look forward to more of the wonderful connections God is planting in our way.
One thing I am learning is that fear disregards God's plan.  Fear can take a hold of our lives so quickly and so does doubt. Fear distorts God's purpose and discourages everyone it touches. Fear disbelieves God's plan for our lives.  If I am to die tomorrow, I would rather die in His will, then fear preventing me from doing His will.
Michael and I, will be leaving on Tuesday and we are praying for His protection over our plans in the next few days as we get ready.  Please pray for us. We covet and ask for your prayers.
